Please advise all prospective buyers that Grande Hills Estates is a subdivision of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and provide a copy for their review. Annual dues are based on an assessment per acre of land owned and are due by April 30th each year. Every new homeowner/resident must receive a copy of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions prior to the Act of Sale.
